→Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of field operations and program progress.
→Collaborate with stakeholders and partner organizations to drive improvements in program delivery.
→Developing and maintaining SOPs, process maps, and other process documentation.
→Coordinating with cross-functional teams to pilot, implement, and institutionalize process improvements.
→Supporting teams in the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools through effective communication and change management across projects.

Required Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Bachelor's degree in Dairy, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in program execution, field operations, or dairy development projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of field compliance, governance, and quality standards.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
