As a production operator, you would be responsible for packaging, palletizing, and unloading product from production equipment. This is a training position for progression to other forming & padding operations. We have positions available in both our Padding and PET departments, and a variety of shifts available.

Responsibilities

→Loads machine with trays/pads by continuously reaching & lifting above shoulder height
→Bags, boxes, palletizes finished products
→Performs quality inspections and tests
→Prepares production logs, product tags, and time logs as necessary
→Operates scrap grinder as required and understands recycle system
→Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines
→Remains compliant with SQF/HACCP requirements
