Responsibilities

- →Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports
- →Respond to user comments and direct messages, handle customer care questions, and build positive brand loyalty
- →Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (experience building a social media presence from scratch is a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset and ability to create engaging content independently
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
