Assistant Store Manager GLADSTONE

• →Oversee the induction of your new team members
• →Coach the store’s team to meet (and exceed) store targets
• →Help support your team with customer query escalations
• →Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed
• →Executing business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics.
• →Act as team cheer leader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store culture
• →Organise the store floor and team’s work schedules, to meet customer demand.

• You have previous experience in a retail leadership / assistant management role
• You’re able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
• You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
• You’re able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solving
• You’re an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change.
