Mobile Coordinator

• →Work directly with mobile technicians on service requests such as tire calls, safety inspections, and scheduled maintenance appointments.
• →Collaborate with service writers to review work orders, add missing or critical information, and ensure accurate case file documentation.
• →Enter and maintain key information in work orders and case files to support invoicing, chargebacks, compliance, and reporting.
• →Follow up with vendors on repair delays, missing documentation, and outstanding or incorrect invoices.
• →Communicate key information to internal teams, including CVI documents, inspection reports, invoices, and repair updates.
• →Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with clients, assist with service requests and identify the best solutions through coordination with shops, mobile vendors, or management.
• →Support the creation, modification, and follow-up of estimates and quotes, including communication with clients regarding purchase orders.

• Strong and immediate computer proficiency.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
