• technical writing/editing; research; program/proposal development
• sufficient familiarity to identify resources, support and others with knowledge of college processes in order to successfully implement curriculum projects

• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for curriculum development and enhancement; strong leadership skills to guide and inspire faculty and staff.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in designing, evaluating, and updating academic programs and courses to meet educational standards and student needs.
• Proficiency in analyzing data related to student outcomes, course effectiveness, and curriculum trends; strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and improve curriculum quality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders; ability to collaborate with faculty, administrators, and external partners to achieve curriculum goals.
• In-depth understanding of accreditation standards, state and federal education regulations, and institutional policies; abilities to ensure curriculum aligns with all relevant compliance requirements.
• Able to engage with in the College’s mission and values and support the College’s strategic plan.
