Anticipation and preparation: Proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and potential challenges for upcoming activities, while accounting for schedule constraints.
Consultation and decision-making: Facilitating dialogue among stakeholders to secure positions and determine the best course of action.
Continuous improvement: Promoting initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency.
Tools and indicators: Defining and deploying project management tools and tracking indicators to create an operational dashboard.
Reporting and governance: Preparing reports and performance dashboards for steering committees and governance bodies.
Integrated overview: Presenting an objective, consolidated analysis of activity progress based on established indicators.
Progress monitoring: Providing a clear, up-to-date view of work progress.
The duration of the mission will be 18 to 24 months.
Mechanical engineering background
Ideally, knowledge of piping and welding
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment
Project management
Planning
Supporting stakeholders in the field through the implementation of management routines and coaching
Identifying and quantifying areas for improvement and opportunities: costs, timelines, quality, health and safety
Benchmarking/comparative analysis
Estimating potential gains
Support for steering operations through the integration of the roadmap,
Assessment of trends to achieve objectives while ensuring performance standards and economic requirements are met.
