Product Owner

• →Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• →Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• →Support product backlog management, refinement and prioritisation.
• →Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, developers, IT and data management teams.
• →Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping activities.
• →Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking and release readiness.
• →Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, risks and delivery priorities.
• →Support digital transformation, change management and system migration initiatives.

✅ Strong experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership support or digital transformation.

✅ E-procurement or procurement transformation experience.

✅ Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.

✅ Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.

✅ Experience in UAT, release management and stakeholder engagement.

✅ Strong analytical, documentation, communication and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to work effectively with business, technology and data teams.

• Public sector or institutional procurement experience.
• Data management, governance or compliance-driven digital systems.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tools.
