Responsibilities

→High school diploma or equivalent
→Strong communication and customer service skills
→Excellent organization and time management skills
→Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
→Strong problem-solving abilities
→Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
→Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
→Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Post-secondary education

Experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, customer service, manufacturing, or quality services
Experience supporting customers and operational teams
Experience with KPI reporting and performance tracking
ISO or quality systems experience
Leadership, staffing, or employee development experience
Experience conducting audits or process reviews
