Our Floor Managers direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Shift Managers act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
Floor Managers ensure that employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers, and answering questions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 6 months experience in a position with an excellent service record
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and positive demeanor
- Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices, and operational procedures
- May require difficult work positions. Occasionally utilizes a sense of taste and smell, far vision, step stool, works around chemicals/cleaners, walks on uneven surfaces, lifts, and/or carries up to 50lbs
