What You ll Do • End-to-End Mobile Development: Build and maintain our React Native app from the ground up using TypeScript. • Feature Implementation: Deliver the core capture → organize → act workflows with offline-first reliability and smooth, responsive UI. • UI Integration: Translate Figma designs into polished, accessible, cross-platform components. • Animations & Interactions: Create fluid, battery-friendly interactions with React Native Reanimated and Gesture Handler. • API Integration: Connect the mobile app to our backend and AI services (RESTful APIs, Google Calendar API). • Security & Storage: Implement secure storage and sensitive data handling for features like our high-security Vault. • Push & Deep Linking: Set up and manage push notifications and deep link flows. • Release Management: Handle app store submissions, TestFlight/Play testing, and OTA updates. • Collaboration: Work closely with our designer, backend/AI engineers, and business founders to bring the vision to life. What We re Looking For Competencies • Strong proficiency in mobile development (minimum 3 years of professional experience), including knowledge of Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective C. • Strong proficiency in React Native and React.  • Proficient in TypeScript. • Skilled in animations & gestures using React Native Reanimated and Gesture Handler. • Solid understanding of cross-platform development for iOS and Android. • Proven ability to translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive, accessible interfaces. • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services (Google APIs, OAuth2). • Familiarity with secure storage, permissions handling, and basic encryption best practices. • Comfort with push notifications, deep linking, and app navigation patterns. • Proficient with Git for source control. • Familiarity with AI coding and productivity tools. Experience • Shipped at least one production app to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. • Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD tools (Expo EAS, Fastlane, or similar). • Comfortable working in an Agile development environment. • Experience building offline-first apps with local storage, queued actions, and retry logic.
