The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Engineer with an active Secret Clearance supporting facilities planning, infrastructure evaluation, facility condition assessments, building automation systems, and campus modernization initiatives for our federal client

• →Conduct technical assessments of mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural systems.
• →Evaluate facility conditions and develop recommendations for repairs and modernization.
• →Develop engineering designs, specifications, and technical plans.
• →Support building automation and energy management initiatives.
• →Perform Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs).
• →Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• →Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• →Support campus planning and space utilization studies.
