The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Quality Control Manager - Department of Defense. The Quality Control Manager leads the program’s quality system for Industrial Control Systems that include UMCS, HVAC controls and DDC, SCADA, Fire Alarm Systems, Electronic Security Systems, metering, and related life safety and force protection technologies. The QCM develops and maintains the corporate Quality Control Plan and site-specific QC plans, executes the three-phase inspection process (preparatory, initial, follow-up), manages submittals and material verification, oversees testing and commissioning, tracks deficiencies and corrective actions, and ensures delivery of compliant work products. The role partners with project management, engineering, safety, and cybersecurity to achieve cost, schedule, quality, and compliance objectives in support of a Department of Defense mission.
