Job Summary:

Responsible for food preparation and general kitchen sanitation. 

Must have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, including knife handling. 

Maintain a clean cooking and work area. 

Must maintain a neat and professional appearance and manner.

Job Duties: 

1. Responsible for prep work of main kitchen and banquet kitchens. Including a.m. line, p.m. line, and special functions 

2. Responsible for preparing daily soups, plating salads & desserts

3. Responsible for preparing and plating items from the grill & flat top

4. Responsible for cleanliness of work area

5. Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered

6. Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock 

7. Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform

8. Other duties as assigned

Executive Chef & Sous Chef

Requirements

Position Requirements:

Must be able to lift 30lbs

Must have intermediate knife skills & general knowledge of kitchen basics and standards of safety

Must be able to stand, walk, etc. for 6-8 hours at a time.

Part-time or Full-time

Pay is based on experience
