Our client is a new-generation real estate development company based in Dubai. It is creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

The company is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. The company connects homes, products, and building systems through its proprietary intelligent living system. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

Its developments span residential, commercial, and mixed-use communities across Dubai. Architecture draws on timeless principles and is enhanced by modern innovation. Every home is designed to support healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives. A growing, brand-led team is shaping the company’s identity across every channel and audience.

The Social Media Manager develops and manages the company’s social media presence across the corporate brand, wider brand portfolio, and individual project and product launches. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the role translates approved brand strategy into engaging channel activity that builds recognition, grows relevant audiences, encourages conversation, and supports commercial objectives.

The role owns social media planning, publishing, community management, social listening, and performance reporting. Working closely with Content and Creative, it shapes platform-specific ideas and formats that communicate the company’s technology, design, wellbeing, and longevity proposition in clear and compelling ways.

The Social Media Manager also coordinates with Marketing, Events, PR, and Sales to keep channels connected to business activity. The role requires strong creative judgement, excellent writing, cultural awareness, and the ability to balance planned campaigns with timely opportunities.
