Stock Lead | Jay Jays |The Base

Love keeping things organised and making sure everything is in its place? We’re looking for a Stock Leader to keep our store running smoothly! You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero—owning stock management, keeping the floor looking fresh, and making sure our customers can always find their next fave fit.

But it’s not just about the backroom hustle—when things slow down, you’ll be out on the floor, bringing the good vibes and delivering top-tier customer service.

This is a FULL TIME role based in THE BASE, and you’ll need to be available for weekends, late-night trade, and public holidays.

• Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment.
• Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers.
• Keen eye for detail and administration skills are a plus!
• Integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way.
• A love for teamwork in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• A solutions-focused attitude, ready to tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
