We hire differently here. Your resume matters, but it's not what we weight most heavily. After you apply, here's what to expect:

1. Behavioral Assessment (BA) — A short assessment that helps us understand how you naturally approach work. There are no right or wrong answers — we're looking for alignment with the role, not perfection.
2. Cognitive Assessment (CA) — A brief assessment that measures problem-solving and learning ability. This role involves more than transcription — you'll need to connect clinical dots and catch errors.
3. Computer Skills Assessment (CS) — A practical evaluation of your computer proficiency and typing speed. Documentation is the core of this job, and we need to know you can keep up with a live patient encounter.

We rank the BA, CA, and CS results higher than your resume. We'd rather hire someone with the right behavioral wiring, the cognitive ability to learn, and the technical skills to execute — even if their resume is light on experience. A strong resume gives us some flexibility on assessment scores, but assessments come first.
