English language proficiency.
Preferred:

1 year or more of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.

Prior service experience in dining environment.

Level 4 LobsterInk Certification.

2 or more years of server experience in an upscale restaurant.

Event server knowledge and experience.
-
Foundational level of wine knowledge.
