BI / BPI Vertical Lead / Manager East (f/m)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced BPI / BI Vertical Lead to drive business performance improvement, analytics excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across our European operations.

The BPI / BI Vertical Lead is responsible for leading the vertical's continuous improvement and business intelligence agenda, translating business priorities into practical solutions that improve performance, visibility, efficiency, and control across our sites.

This role combines leadership of Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives with ownership of Business Intelligence (BI) delivery. You will lead improvement projects, manage BI development activities, oversee a team of specialists, and act as a key partner to operational and functional stakeholders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the daily BPI and BI workload across the vertical
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 BI and continuous improvement professionals
• Identify and lead process improvement opportunities across European operations
• Deliver Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving projects that generate measurable business value
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and automation tools
• Oversee the design and development of Power BI solutions supporting over 100 operational sites across Europe
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and business benefits
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project performance and outcomes
• Ensure the sustainability and long-term value of implemented solutions

What We're Looking For:

•  Extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and project governance
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions using Power BI
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across multinational organizations
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, contract logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; Additional European languages are highly advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment
