~1 min readWe are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our Manufacturing (MFG) Business Support team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth flow of information, orders, inventory, reporting, and operational processes across our logistics and manufacturing operations.
Working closely with Operations, Production Control, Customer Service, customers, vendors, and carriers, you will play an important role in delivering accurate data, maintaining service levels, and supporting excellent customer experiences. Your work will contribute directly to operational efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and carriers, ensuring queries are resolved professionally and within agreed service levels (SLAs).
- Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports while maintaining high standards of data quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update operational systems, including WMS, SFCS, SAP, and related business applications, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate activities such as order management, stock transfers, inbound planning, outbound planning, new product introductions (NPI), billing support, and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes.
- Monitor operational performance and proactively identify issues, risks, or process gaps, escalating when appropriate and supporting timely resolution.
- Plan and prioritize workload effectively to ensure reports, orders, requests, and operational tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Production Control, Operations, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to support shared objectives and service delivery.
- Perform quality checks on reports, transactions, and system updates before publication or completion.
- Support shift handovers with clear communication to ensure continuity of service and operational reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, standardization, and cost effectiveness.
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and reporting standards to support operational excellence.
- Share knowledge and provide structured support, coaching, or cross-training to team members when required.
- Support business reviews, customer meetings, presentations, and operational reporting activities as needed.

~1 min read- Experience working in an administrative, customer service, operations support, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing support, or similar environment, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and confidence working with business systems and operational data.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, SFCS, logistics operations, high-tech manufacturing environments, or continuous improvement initiatives.
