• →Act as the subject matter expert for process design, material flow, and facility layout optimization, developing efficient operational solutions.
• →Translate business and operational requirements into practical engineering solutions and successfully implement them within live operations.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the site.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Project Management, to deliver engineering and process improvement projects.
• →Monitor and manage headcount planning, ensuring alignment between workforce requirements and operational needs.
• →Serve as the primary interface with customers and stakeholders on development projects and operational improvements.
• →Ensure all process changes follow established standards, controls, and approval procedures, with thorough testing before implementation.
• →Support the development of engineering strategies, performance metrics, and reporting, contributing to long-term operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline (required).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain operations, project management, and headcount planning.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; certification is highly desirable. Experience with MTM SOL is an advantage.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and the capability to drive structure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is beneficial.
• Fluent English and Slovak language skills (mandatory).
