QA Analyst - automation and performance Testing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join DP World in Southampton and support the successful delivery of the Billing Transformation Programme. This role plays a key part in assuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of solutions delivered through the programme, ensuring system functionality, integrations, data migration activities, automation testing, and performance validation activities are thoroughly tested and meet both business and technical requirements.

You’ll work closely with the QA Lead, business SMEs, development teams, and wider project stakeholders to execute testing activities, validate data, manage defects, and support quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also contribute to automation and non-functional testing activities, helping to improve testing efficiency, system reliability, and overall programme quality.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams. You’ll have the opportunity to support the delivery of a critical transformation programme while helping to establish quality standards and testing best practices across the project.
