QA Analyst - Functional Testing

We are currently delivering a major Billing Transformation Programme, introducing a new enterprise billing platform to replace our existing system. Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join DP World in Southampton and support the successful delivery of the Billing Transformation Programme. This role plays a key part in assuring the quality and reliability of solutions delivered through the programme, ensuring system enhancements, integrations, data migration activities, and billing processes are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements.

You’ll work closely with the QA Lead, business SMEs, development teams, and wider project stakeholders to execute testing activities, validate data, manage defects, and support quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and the ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams.
