Quality Auditor

As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring operational compliance, conducting audits, analysing performance data and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating processes, identifying trends and working closely with operational teams to maintain exceptional quality standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring procedures are consistently followed while helping protect service levels and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular operational and process audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and site requirements. 

• Review audit findings, identify trends and provide clear feedback to supervisors and operational managers. 

• Carry out confirmation audits and monitor performance improvements for individuals or processes that have previously failed quality checks. 

• Analyse operational data using spreadsheets and tracking tools to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement. 

• Support functional testing activities, including compliance checks relating to specialist products and materials. 

• Monitor and maintain records relating to waste, hazardous materials and associated compliance requirements. 

• Produce accurate reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. 

• Maintain confidentiality when handling audit data, performance information and quality investigations.

  Previous experience in a Quality Auditor, Compliance Auditor, Process Auditor or similar auditing role.

  Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data.

  Experience conducting audits, documenting findings and making evidence-based decisions.

  A methodical and highly detail-focused approach when reviewing processes and records.

  Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.

  Confidence communicating findings and recommendations to operational teams and management.

  The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  Experience working within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or operational environments would be advantageous.
