As a Regional Tender Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by leading strategic tender opportunities and developing high-quality, competitive proposals for customers across the region. Acting as the link between customer requirements and DP World’s operational capabilities, you will help design value-driven logistics solutions that deliver sustainable business growth.

Working closely with Global Key Accounts, Tender Management teams, Product teams, Bid Owners, and other support functions, you will manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met, and proposals are delivered to the highest standard. You will also provide guidance to regional and country tender teams while contributing to the continued development of our tender management capabilities.

  • Lead regional and global tender opportunities as a Bid Manager, coordinating stakeholders and driving opportunities through to completion.
  • Develop compelling, competitive, and profitable responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, primarily for Global Key Accounts.
  • Facilitate and manage the Tender Management process, ensuring clear timelines, responsibilities, and governance throughout the bid lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review pricing proposals in collaboration with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure commercially attractive and operationally viable solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Air & Ocean Freight, Logistics, IT, Legal, Security, and Key Account Management to deliver high-quality customer proposals.
  • Monitor tender performance through bid tracking, post-bid reviews, and lessons learned, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Support and guide regional and country Tender Management teams while ensuring compliance with Tender Management processes, policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in Tender Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related commercial environment, with a strong understanding of global forwarding operations.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting tender requirements, developing pricing strategies, and creating customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to work with data and present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a willingness to travel up to 50% across the region. Additional languages such as German, Czech, or Polish would be an advantage.
