Role Purpose: 

The Master Data Management Team of DP World is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at DP World in capacity of MDM Team Member. This role will report into Manager, MDM in India and functionally collaborate with stakeholders across the Global Enterprise teams. The candidate is responsible for accurate Master Data Records ensuring that Master Data is fit for business use. This individual focuses on identifying regional-specific critical data and data owners and establishing sustainable data management processes to keep this critical data fit for purpose. To enable the success of initiatives, this individual also plays a critical role in supporting the standardization of master data.

Designation: Sr. Specialist – Master Data Management, Stablecoin 

Base Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Assistant Manager/Sr. Manager

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct client and partner onboarding, collecting required KYC documentation and information for due diligence purposes.

• Collaborate with Compliance teams to ensure onboarding activities adhere to applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.

• Manage the integration of payment services for clients and provide guidance throughout the setup and onboarding process.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related queries and escalations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding execution.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices and incorporate them into onboarding procedures.

• Lead Master Data Management operations across Customer, Vendor, Item, and related master data domains.

• Drive governance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen enterprise data quality and operational controls.

• Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with business standards.

• Design and implement validation controls, dependency checks, and governance mechanisms.

• Ensure compliance with audit, risk management, and regulatory requirements related to master data governance.

• Act as a functional SME for Oracle Fusion, CRP, and Stablecoin Platform MDM processes.

• Manage data migration, harmonization, cleansing, and transformation activities with minimal business disruption.

• Support ERP transformation projects, UAT/SIT cycles, cutover activities, and go-live stabilization support.

• Support strategic business initiatives involving master data, integrations, and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with IT, Regional Business Teams, Project Managers, and external stakeholders on system enhancements and process optimization initiatives.

• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution planning for critical master data issues, interface failures, and operational escalations.

• Manage stakeholder communication during critical operational and project-related activities.

• Develop and monitor dashboards, KPIs, SLA metrics, onboarding reports, and governance reports for leadership review.

• Prepare and provide regular operational updates and management reports on onboarding progress, data quality, and service performance.

• Drive automation initiatives leveraging Power Automate, VBA, workflow tools, or other digital solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual dependency.

• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and operational excellence across the MDM function.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and automation.

• Mentor and guide Associates, Sr. Associates, and Specialists on process standards, issue resolution, and best practices.

• Support onboarding and training of new team members and provide ongoing functional guidance.

• Participate in defining future-state MDM processes, governance models, and operational roadmaps.
   

   

Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong expertise in Master Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and ERP master data lifecycle processes. 

• Advanced understanding of Oracle Fusion master data architecture and cross-system integrations. 

• Strong experience in handling enterprise-level data migration, harmonization, and transformation activities. 

• Hands-on experience with automation and workflow solutions such as Power Automate, VBA, or similar technologies. 

• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in root-cause analysis, process controls, and risk mitigation. 

• Experience in dashboarding, KPI reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI / OTBI. 

• Strong knowledge of KYC, customer due diligence, and onboarding compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and onboarding workflow tools.

• Experience working with international corporate structures and stakeholder management.

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across business and IT functions. 

• Ability to lead projects, manage escalations, and drive process improvements independently. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring capabilities. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shared services and global operations environment. 

• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and governance requirements. 

• Job requires working in rotational shifts / weekly offs as per business requirement.

   

   

Education & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 

• 5–6 years of experience in Master Data Management / ERP Data Governance / Shared Services Operations in the payment or financial services industry 

• Ability to work night shift

   

• Strong experience with online Digital payment collection operation in international trade 

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. 

• Experience managing cross-functional data initiatives and governance programs. 

• Exposure to automation, reporting, and ERP transformation projects preferred.
