• Strategische Planung: Optimierung der Luftfracht-Importprozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Geschwindigkeit und Profitabilität.
• Operative Steuerung: Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft inkl. Planung, Buchung, Zollabfertigung, Zustellung sowie Kostenkontrolle.
• Teamführung: Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
• Performance-Optimierung: Analyse von Kennzahlen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen.
• Kundenmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen.
• Prozess- & Risikomanagement: Verbesserung von Abläufen sowie Minimierung operativer Risiken.
• Finanz- & Compliance-Verantwortung: Budgetkontrolle und Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben.
• Reporting & Zusammenarbeit: Regelmäßiges Reporting sowie enge Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern.
