Teamleiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

• Viel Präsenz an den Anlagen statt im Büro: Sie sind dort, wo die Technik läuft
• Führung und Entwicklung des technischen Teams
• Planung von Schicht-, Bereitschafts- und Personaleinsätzen
• Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Krananlagen, Umschlagsgeräten und technischer Infrastruktur
• Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und technischen Standards
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern sowie Mitarbeit an technischen Optimierungsprojekten
• Teilnahme am Pikettdienst (Rufbereitschaft)
• Teilweise kann es zum Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten (FR/CH) kommen

• Verantwortungsvolle Führungsrolle im technischen Umfeld
