Assembly Supervisor - Menominee Area

• →Resolve line stoppages and escalate equipment or material issues.
• →Track attendance, hours, and production records for the shift.
• →Run shift handoff meetings and report status to the plant manager.

• →Monitor production output and adjust staffing to meet schedule.

• Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and build sheets.
• Basic math and computer skills for production tracking.
• Strong communication skills with hourly staff and managers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• or more years in assembly or production work.
• or more years leading or supervising a team.

• Experience with time and attendance or ERP software.
• Background in a high-volume or automotive assembly setting.
• Experience with lean or continuous improvement methods.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001.
• Technical certificate or associate degree in a related field.
