CMM Programmer - Escanaba Area

• →Document inspection results and generate reports for quality team.
• →Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality problems.
• →Follow safety and quality standards in all tasks.
• →Write and edit CMM programs for new and existing parts.
• →Set up and run CMM inspections to verify dimensions.
• →Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to create measurement plans.
• →Troubleshoot measurement issues and adjust programs as needed.
• →Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment is working properly.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of measurement principles and inspection techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience programming CMMs using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Certification in GD&T or CMM operation.
• Experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with CAD models and offline programming.
