Demand Planner - Mount Pleasant Area

We partner with manufacturers across the Mount Pleasant area seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

• →Lead regular demand review meetings with cross functional teams.
• →Identify risks in supply and demand and recommend corrective actions.
• →Build and maintain demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• →Review sales history, orders, and market trends to update forecast models.
• →Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement on forecast changes.
• →Track forecast accuracy and report variances to management.
• →Plan inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess supply.
• →Support production scheduling and material planning with current demand data.

• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Bachelor degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning or forecasting in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong skills in Excel and ERP or MRP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning concepts.

• Familiarity with S&OP processes.
• Background in a specific manufacturing sector such as automotive or consumer goods.
• APICS or similar supply chain certification.
• Experience with demand planning software or advanced forecasting tools.
