Help Desk Technician - Menominee Area

• →Support shop floor devices such as scanners, label printers, and handheld terminals.
• →Escalate network and server issues to senior IT staff.
• →Document fixes and update the ticket system with resolution notes.
• →Walk users through basic software steps for email, ERP, and timekeeping systems.
• →Answer incoming support calls, emails, and tickets from plant and office staff.
• →Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• →Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
• →Set up and image workstations for new hires and replacements.

• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic Active Directory user and password management.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear phone communication skills.
• Ability to follow ticket workflows and document work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• to 3 years of help desk or desktop support experience.

• Basic network troubleshooting for cabling and switches.
• Experience with imaging tools and device deployment.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with ERP or timekeeping systems.
