Mechanic - Allegan Area

• →Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures on production equipment.
• →Perform preventative maintenance on machinery according to schedules.

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, power trains)
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
