Metrology Technician - Byron Center Area

• →Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on metrology equipment.
• →Troubleshoot and repair measurement equipment and systems.
• →Develop and validate new measurement processes and techniques.
• →Analyze measurement data and generate reports to support quality control.
• →Maintain accurate calibration records and equipment documentation.
• →Provide technical support and training to production personnel on measurement best practices.

• Associate's degree in Metrology, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, performing calibration and measurement tasks.
• Proficient in using a wide range of metrology tools (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, optical comparators).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application in inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical specifications.

• CMM programming experience (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso)
• Experience with vision systems and optical comparators
• Familiarity with GD&T principles and their application
• Calibration experience for various measurement tools and equipment
