Metrology Technician - Fremont Area

• →Perform calibration and verification of measurement tools and equipment.
• →Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning metrology equipment.
• →Maintain accurate records of calibration data and equipment history.
• →Assist in the development and improvement of calibration procedures.
• →Conduct Gage R&R studies and other measurement system analyses.
• →Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on measurement techniques.
• →Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

• Associate's degree in Metrology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing metrology role.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Demonstrated experience operating and programming CMMs, vision systems, and other precision measurement equipment.
• Strong understanding of measurement uncertainty, calibration principles, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to troubleshoot measurement issues and perform root cause analysis.
