Metrology Technician - Paw Paw Area

• →Perform calibration, adjustment, and maintenance of measurement equipment and tools.
• →Document calibration results, maintain equipment records, and manage calibration schedules.
• →Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning metrology equipment.
• →Develop and optimize calibration procedures and methods.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
• →Conduct Gage R&R studies and measurement system analysis (MSA).
• →Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality procedures.

• Associate's degree in Metrology, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in dimensional metrology within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other measurement equipment (e.g., optical comparators, calipers, micrometers).
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and their application.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience with calibration procedures and maintaining measurement traceability.
