Metrology Technician - Zeeland Area

We are partnering with organizations in Zeeland that are seeking Metrology Technicians. • →Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on metrology equipment.
• →Troubleshoot and repair measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• →Develop and maintain calibration procedures and documentation in accordance with quality standards.
• →Conduct Gage R&R studies and other measurement system analyses.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
• →Provide technical support and training to colleagues on metrology best practices.
• →Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine appropriate measurement techniques.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in a metrology or quality control role within manufacturing
• Proficiency with various measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparators)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation

• Additional certifications or training
