NPI Engineer - Hart Area

• →Drive the development and implementation of new product introduction (NPI) processes.
• →Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new products.
• →Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for NPI.
• →Lead pilot production runs and provide technical support during initial product launches.
• →Identify and resolve manufacturing issues during the NPI phase to ensure smooth production ramp-up.
• →Establish and maintain detailed documentation for NPI processes, work instructions, and quality control plans.
• →Participate in cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design for manufacturing (DFM) guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC).

• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software such as Agile or Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
