NPI Engineer - Walker Area

• →Drive the successful transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• →Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize product design for manufacturability and testability.
• →Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for new product introduction.
• →Conduct first article inspections and ensure product quality throughout the NPI process.
• →Identify and mitigate potential manufacturing risks during product development.
• →Lead continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes and product launches.
• →Document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality control plans for new products.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, datasheets, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PCBA bring-up, debug, and functional test development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, DFM principles, and quality control methodologies.

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python) for data analysis or automation.
• Understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Background in a specific manufacturing process relevant to the company's products (e.g., machining, electronics assembly, injection molding).
