NPI Engineer - Whitehall Area

• →Lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• →Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new product introduction.
• →Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for NPI related issues.
• →Manage pilot production runs and ramp-up activities for new products.
• →Define and implement process control plans for new product manufacturing.
• →Support the selection and qualification of new equipment and tooling for NPI.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to interpret and translate engineering designs (CAD, schematics) into manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems (e.g., Windchill, Agile) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, test, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, VBA) for data analysis or automation.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
