Packaging Engineer - Montague Area

• →Design and develop packaging solutions for new and existing products, considering material selection, cost, and manufacturability.
• →Conduct packaging performance testing and validation to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software for packaging design.
• Familiarity with sustainable packaging materials and practices.
• Knowledge of ISTA or ASTM packaging testing standards.
• Project management experience, particularly in cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
