Packaging Engineer - Whitehall Area

• →Design, develop, and qualify packaging solutions for new and existing products.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to ensure packaging meets product and regulatory requirements.

• →Optimize packaging processes and materials for cost reduction, efficiency, and sustainability.

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in packaging engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for package design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of various packaging materials, their properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with packaging equipment, automation, and line integration.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and quality control principles for packaging.

• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software for packaging design.
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and practices.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with ISTA testing procedures and packaging validation.
• Ability to travel occasionally to suppliers or manufacturing sites.
