Payroll Specialist - Holland Area

• →Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• →Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
• →Administer and reconcile all payroll-related benefits and deductions.
• →Prepare and submit federal and state payroll tax filings.
• →Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions.
• →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• →Collaborate with HR on employee data changes impacting payroll.
• →Generate payroll reports for management and accounting.

• 3-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro) and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state tax compliance.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries related to payroll.
• Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements or union contracts to payroll processing.
