Payroll Specialist - Holt Area

• →Process bi-weekly payroll for all manufacturing employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• →Maintain payroll records, including new hires, terminations, raises, and deductions.
• →Calculate and submit payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• →Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• →Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and other deductions.
• →Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

• 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG) and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
