Payroll Specialist - Mattawan Area

• →Process weekly payroll for all hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• →Manage timekeeping system, verify hours, and address employee inquiries regarding pay or deductions.

• 3+ years of experience processing payroll for 500+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar enterprise payroll software.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state payroll.
• Experience with time and attendance systems and their integration with payroll.
• Strong understanding of leave policies, deductions, and wage garnishments specific to a manufacturing workforce.
