Payroll Specialist - Plainwell Area

• →Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• →Manage timekeeping system and integrate data for payroll processing, including shift differentials and overtime.

• 3-5 years of experience processing payroll for a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro) and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state payroll.
• Experience with payroll for a unionized workforce and associated deductions/reporting.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy.
