Payroll Specialist - Wayland Area

• →Process multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• →Reconcile payroll data, general ledger accounts, and tax filings.
• →Administer timekeeping system and resolve employee payroll discrepancies.
• →Calculate and process deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions.
• →Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports for management and accounting.

• 3+ years experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG) and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax laws and wage and hour compliance.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and their integration with payroll.
• Ability to perform detailed reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies accurately and efficiently.
