Plant Manager - Allegan Area

• →Oversee all daily plant operations for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• →Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports
• Fluency in Spanish (or other relevant language based on location/workforce demographics)
