Responsibilities

- →Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
- →Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- →Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demands and achieve operational targets.
- →Prepare and manage plant budgets, controlling expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- →Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
- Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Fluency in Spanish or another relevant second language
- Demonstrated experience in a multi-site or matrixed organizational structure
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
