Plant Manager - Caledonia Area

• →Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• →Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• →Manage and develop production staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• →Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
• →Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling expenditures and forecasting needs.
• →Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems
• Project management experience, particularly with capital projects
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce or international operations
• Advanced training or certification in environmental health and safety (EHS)
